Return, Cancellation, & Refund Policy

Because our services are digital and delivered on a recurring monthly basis, all sales are subject to the following terms.

Monthly Subscriptions

All MonthlySEOPacks SEO services are billed on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts, and clients may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly SEO subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations can be completed either through your Shopify customer account or by contacting us. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the renewal date. Once a cancellation is processed, your subscription will not renew, and no future charges will be applied. If a cancellation is made after a billing cycle has begun, services will continue through the remainder of the current month, but no refunds will be issued for that billing period.

Refunds

Due to the nature of SEO services and the time, resources, and work allocated immediately after onboarding, refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed months of service.

If you cancel after a billing cycle has begun, your SEO services will continue through the remainder of the current billing period, but no refunds will be issued for that month.

Initial Month Policy

Once onboarding has been completed and work has begun, the initial month of service is non-refundable. This includes strategy development, audits, planning, and any SEO execution performed during that period.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where services have not been initiated due to internal error, a refund may be considered at our discretion. Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

No Guarantees

Search engine optimization results can vary based on competition, market conditions, and algorithm changes. While we apply proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or results. Refunds will not be issued based on performance outcomes.
